Sales Policies - Privacy and Shipping

Refund / Cancellation Policy:

American Air and Water Products (AA&WP) want 100% Customer Satisfaction. We guarantee
our Customers with a 30-day manufacturer’s refund whereby products can be returned not later
than 30 days from day of purchase for a full refund provided the following:

All returns must meet the following criteria:

~ Unopened or "like new" condition in the Original Packaging.
  ~ A Valid Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number.
~ The original packing slip or a copy of the invoice.
~ The return must be complete and include all accessories
~ In certain cases cancelled orders or products returned unopened may be subject to
     a 30% restocking fee.
~ All returns of products that have been used must be authorized by AA&WP.
~ In addition to subtracting the 30% restocking fee the refund for these returned products
    will be pro-rated based on the condition of the product and the time it has been used.

Delivery Methods and Timing of Shipments:

AA&WP attempts to maintain our products in Stock or have the
Components for "Quick Assembly " for timely shipment.

The following are our standard time lines for shipment. However
in the event of Manufacturing production loads, shipment times may
be extended. In addition to any check-out for purchased items we
also offer:

~ UPS or FedEx Ground - 3 to 7 business days
~ UPS or FedEx 2 Day - 2 business days
~ UPS or Fedex 3 Day Select - 3 business days
~ UPS or Fed-Ex Next Day Air – next day (provided orders
are entered by 9:00 AM).

Please Note:

~ Some orders may require 24 to 48 hours processing time before shipping.
~ Orders received during weekends and holidays are processed on the first work day after.
~ No deliveries are made on Sunday and during official holidays.
~ For custom orders and orders of products not in stock estimated shipping date is provided at time.

~ International shipping options are available – international airfreight and international ocean freight.
~ All retail orders shipped within SC will be charged sales tax.
~ Delivery times are estimated but cannot always be guaranteed.

Information Collection and Use:

AA&WP is the sole owner of the collected customer information. We abosulety do not sell, share, or rent
this information to any third parties. The information we collect from our customers is needed to
process orders and provide order confirmations, order status updates, tracking numbers and to provide pertinent
information on new products.

Information collected ONLY includes name, shipping address, billing address, and only if provided by the Customer...
telephone and fax numbers.

If you elect to receive special promotions or notifications, such as for lamp replacement, your e-mail address
will be used for the delivery of these messages.

If you elect not to receive future e-mails we will remove your e-mail address from our distribution lists.

In some cases we ask trusted third party companies to perform functions on our behalf. These functions
may include any of the following: order fulfillment, drop shipping, package delivery and technical support.

Even though our website, UVCANDFILTERS.COM , is available as a source of information to anyone, no
products will be knowingly sold to a person younger than 18 years of age.

We reserve the right to refuse any order and Prices are subject to change without notice.
